Matthew began his real estate career helping his family manage small multifamily properties and underwriting deals before finishing high school. He earned his real estate license at 19 and focused on larger multifamily transactions. Today, he owns his own rental portfolio and leads Spurres with a clear mission: deliver hands-on property management that understands both operations and the numbers that drive long-term performance.

Nikka brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for the built environment to her role as Maintenance Coordinator. Having a Bachelors in Architectural design and pursuing another degree in Project Management, she understands how properties are put together from the inside out — which means she approaches every maintenance request with both urgency and thoughtfulness. Residents and owners can count on Nikka to communicate clearly, follow through, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
